Hybrid door concept

The idea of hybrid doors is to intelligently combine different materials to obtain optimal specification. This allows us to use their advantages and eliminate their disadvantages at the same time. There are many types of exterior doors on the market. The most popular are wood, steel or fiberglass. All these materials have advantages, but also disadvantages, which translate into the spec of the doors and their price.
Being aware of the strengths and weaknesses of each material, we offer hybrid doors.

The frame of the door slab or the core of the thermal frame is made of wood or ABS fiberglass. This ensures excellent insulation, thermal stability, stiffness and lightness of the structure. The wood is protected against weather conditions by covering it with sheet metal, which additionally stiffens and improves its mechanical properties. The door frame can also be made of an aluminum profile with a thermal break up to 90 mm thick. Hybrid technology allows, on the one hand, to create doors with unique thermal insulation and, on the other hand, doors with a very high anti-burglary class.

THERMAL INSULATION

Hybrid technology allows the production of doors with a Ud=0.63 dedicated to passive houses. Doors with this coefficient belong to the absolute elite of energy-saving doors.

AIR LEAK AND DURABILITY

The air leak of the door depends on the stiffness of the door leaf. If the leaf is deformed, the door loses its insulating properties. The steel sheet is very stiff (Young’s modulus is three times greater than that of aluminum), which allows it to carry heavy loads. The injected PUR foam has excellent adhesion to the sheet metal and together they constitute one structural element. Thanks to this, hybrid doors are exceptionally tight, dent-resistant and very durable.

PROTECTION AGAINST BURGLARY, NOISE AND FIRE

Our offer includes a whole range of special doors – doors with burglary resistance class RC2, RC3 and RC4, doors that can withstand fire pressure and at the same time provide smoke tightness for 30 and 60 minutes, and doors that have a noise reduction factor of up to 42dB.

RESISTANCE TO ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS

A huge advantage of hybrid doors is resistance to weather conditions. They do not deform under the influence of temperature and moisture. They are resistant to UV radiation, heat and frost. They do not corrode. They do not require burdensome and expensive maintenance and painting.

MAINTENANCE

The door is covered with a special laminate made of the highest quality PVC. The laminate is very durable and highly scratch-resistant. A special low-adhesion coating makes the doors very easy to clean using the simple cleaning products – water and dishwashing liquid.

DESIGN

A wide range of colors, a variety of patterns, glazing and decorative finishes and accessories make our offer meet the expectations of the most demanding and original customers.

COMPETITIVE PRICE

Hybrid technology provides excellent technical parameters. It has another big advantage – relatively low production costs. Therefore, compared to other doors with similar properties made of e.g. wood or aluminum, the prices of hybrid doors are very competitive.
